I created this Oasis Fanzine Documenting All The Bands Albums. It was created in a 90's grunge style. 2 pages are dedicated to each album and the colours for these pages are sampled from the album artwork. Influence taken from the likes of Raygun and The Face Magazines fits the bands style and 90's influence is fitting due to the bands massive success from 1994 onwards.
The title of the publication was a line taken from the song "D'You Know What I Mean?". I think when they entered the industry they were in Noel Gallaghers words "a bunch of scruffs from Manchester" but left on top of the world.
This page for Definitely Maybe shows a youthful image of the band with ink roller effect and text overlays.
This double page spread features typography to create an image of Liam using the track listing for the album (What's the Story) Morning Glory? The right hand page is more minimalistic and the colour pallet is take from the album cover.
The Be Here Now pages feature the Rolls Royce in swimming pool made up of song lyrics. These two page have a lot of typography but stick to the overall grunge feel to the magazine.
The Masterplan pages take massive inspiration from David Carson and Raygun magazine. Text covering text, uneven kerning and various sizes add to the overall effect. The lyrics originate from Noel's head as he was the main songwriter for Oasis.
This double page spread is a lot more minimal and is produced in black and white. Featuring Zak Starkey the sliced photo of him references how he split his time between Oasis and The Who.
The Dig Our Your Soul pages has a heavy photo montage in keeping with the album artwork and other Punk style magazines which were big in the 90's. Each item pictured is mentioned in lyrics throughout the album.
The back cover simply features the years of the bands first album to their last.
