Domus Academy organized this workshop in collaboration with Siemens. The brief was to design a lobby for the new Siemens’ offices in Milan. This was a project group in which we wanted the lobby to be perceived as “The Home of Siemens”, Why? Because we tend to relax at home, there we feel calm and comfortable, while in the office there is always stress. Our motto is to promote enjoyable mood for working and visiting. Any home should reflect the personality of its owner, so the space is also dedicated to transmit Siemens’ values and vision. Our lobby proposal is not only meant to be used by guests but also by the employees as an alternate working area.
