Organ Donation Campaign:MST

Organ Donation Campaign is to raise awareness for sharing the gift of life among young adults (18-24 years old). A marathon will be held to promote this campaign, which is ‘Save Lives Marathon’. The aim to organize the marathon not only spreading the awareness of organ donation, also raise funds for treating disadvantaged people suffering from organ failures. Malaysian Society of Transplantation (MST) presents this marathon, which is a unique race that indicates green healthiness, happiness and funny. 
 
Problem Statement
Many people are concern that if they registered as a donor, the doctor might declare them dead before it's appropriate. This is a common problem that scares many people out of registering to donate.
 
Objectives
- Educate the young adult (18-25years old) about the importance to be an organ donor.
- Awake the awareness of the organ donation among the young adults.
 
Target Study
The current thought of the young adults is misconception to the organ donation. Many people are concern that if they registered as a donor, the doctor might declare them dead before it's appropriate. This is a common problem that scares many people out of registering to donate.
We want the young adults to know the issue of lacking organ is a serious problem.
We want them to understand the truth of the organ donation that around 19 people are died for waiting the needed organ. So, we want awake the young adults to be a volunteer as an organ donor.
