THE OLYMPICS: AN INFOGRAPHIC BOOK
This is an infographic book about the past and future of the Olympics. Infographics within the book include a timeline showing the introduction of Olympic sports and the years in which women and men participated in them. The book also includes an infographic showing the number of participating countries per continent during the time of the modern Olympics. With the design, I wanted to use the bold, bright primary colors already found in the Olympic rings and really make them stand out in a modern and new way. Full-bleed spreads break up the chapters of the book with quotes related to competition and the spirit of sport, providing subtle breathing room. The book is 72 pages and was made through Blurb book publications.
