PLUS8100 - Winner

To celebrate a century of releases, Plus 8 has put together an epic compilation that spans its influential 20-year history. The label organised an artwork competition in which the winners would have their art on the cover of the album or assigned to each track of the album. We had to reinterpret one of the Plus8 logos used throughout the years by the label in our own way. I chose their most recent logo.
I was happy to be announced that i was one of the winners and amazed when i saw that my art was being used as the front image of the cover.
Here i present the logo and process that led to the design.
