Services are developed for Customer benefits, value, experiences.
As part of course on service design we studied existing service of Holachef - a food delivery startup.
In Service Design we identified potential gaps in existing service. Designing service experience through touchpoint ecosystem and service encounters. As output of exercise we developed  service blueprint and roadmap of developments in service.
