Dr. Joel Todd Leroy Prince is a board-certified small animal veterinarian who has over 25 years of experience. Also a partner at several veterinary clinics through Illinois, Dr. Joel Todd Leroy Prince has made yearly donations to the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois.
