Skype created a great new product feature that allowed users to send group chats and calls via a link over any medium, including social channels.
 
Within a limited time frame (not to mention a very limited budget), we found a number of use cases for this new product feature. We were able to turn around two pieces of video content that had real life context. This was very well received by the users and product team and also enabled an increase in product use.
