As the Product Manager on this project, I was responsible for managing the product lifecycle for new services development in an e-comm startup with a strong focus on user experience. In this role, I was accountable for executing the tactical and strategic implementation of our product line by examining market trends and current customer needs. This product has been successful for opening the doors for what is on the legal marketplace horizon.
