Summer Training Camp promotional flyer

My initial thought for this was to utilize a picture that I had taken on-field last summer; two girls taking a "draw" with the sun in the background. One of my favorite pictures. Unfortunately, two issues arose; 1) the silhouettes  were spread too far apart, and wouldn't work with what I was trying to accomplish and 2) it's then focused on one gender, whereas the camps marketed were male and female.
The initial photomerge work. The effect can be rather challenging and time consuming, and while there are now actions to do something similar, I preferred doing it utilizing layers, masks, and layer blending effects. Initially, the details in the face were planned to be dark. Over time, they were masked back in and the top of the golden gate was faded.
First pass / proof 1 at the layout. For the headline, I wanted to go with something laid back that emphasized the summer feel. The layout is meant to be clean, with the photomerged images fading. 4 images were used for the effect - the skyline of the bay area, the golden gate bridge/SF, and a boy and girls lacrosse player taken at a previous camp.
The final art for marketing e-mailing. The layout was templated once approved and finalized from the marketing team, with the text being adjustable to the area targeted. In this case, the South Bay had 2 dates. The North Bay has multiple dates. #raeallday
