For three years, Tellart has partnered with the UAE’s Office of the Prime Minister to imagine and prototype products and services which embody the possibilities of future government. These are presented at the “Museum of the Future,” a large-scale exhibition hosted at the UAE’s annual World Government Summit, an annual gathering of thousands of top government leaders and global policy-makers held in Dubai. The goal is to inspire fresh thinking and present the UAE’s strong, optimistic vision for the future of technology-enabled government services.  Tellart works closely with the Prime Minister’s Office to direct a team of international collaborators to conceptualize, design, fabricate and install the exhibition.

The Museum of the Future represents scenarios which embody the trajectory of certain design, technology, and policy trends. The artifacts and experiences inside the museum aren’t prescribed as solutions; they are intended to provoke debate among the officials in attendance. Is this the future that we want to see? If not, what steps should be taken to help shape alternate futures? The immersive and provocative exhibits bring theoretical ideas off of paper and into the real world, where they can be touched, discussed, and moved around. Through discussion around the social and economic implications of these products and services, the Museum works to inspire positive decision making and help shape policy agendas for the better.
