IT Portal Redesign

Research IT needs of company throughout the world to redesign IT self-help portal. Develop wireframes for multiple usability sessions as well as UI testing sessions. Site provided an additional challenge due to the need for translation into twelve languages.
 
With over 120,000 users having access to the site, the results were tremendous even from the first month. With a 300% increase in adoption and 20% decrease in calls to the help desk, the client was extremely happy that employees were being serviced better and also saving the company money.
