FUSE / diffusing space + infusing creativity

I am challenging the notion of an artist live + work space by making diffusion a spatial condition which fosters interaction among a community of artists. The flexible spatial condition can be transformed over time to reinvent the arrangement of studio spaces, the opportunity for artist collaboration and varying experiential phenomenon. Translucent channel glass filters the relationship between body and space through a diffused sense of privacy. A shifting degree of transparency invites artists to infuse creativity with their interior.

My senses where seduced by the beauty of the decay and the quality of light in the battery maritime building. The filtering of light through the skylight in the great hall and the façade along the water deeply informed my memories and inspired me to map the energy of memory.
