This project took a few changes before finally deciding on our final product. We had tile throughout the entire house which could have been costly to remove, kitchen cabinets that looked decent but appeared to have a "pink" tint to them, no real master closet, and bathrooms that absolutely needed some type of updating. Initially I wanted to remove the kitchen cabinets and pull the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms but after careful talks and further evaluation we determined we could get the same value keeping the existing kitchen cabinets and tile.
In the end, we dressed it up with a nice multi colored tile backsplash, granite countertops, and created a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The colors we used removed the "pink" tint and we were able to save a few thousand dollars as well.
