Tercer semestre
Estudio 3
this project was based on disable children that practice equinotherapy. it consist in a 2 set puzzle called the adventure farm. Each one with 5 pieces to fit and 5 cards. Each card represents a piece you can fit and also a therapeutic challenge that the kid must do with his or her mom. This project was made as a solution to the need of promoting the kid´s therapy evolution developing the cognitive and skill system from house and with the company of his or her parents also working together with the therpist and all working together to improve the kid's skills. In the field work, we found out that parents have a double mission in the therapy. they were both the people who more wanted their children to get better but also the people who where more afraid of their children doing the therapy. This is why the solution must motivate parents to get involve with their children´s therapy but also to let the kid have fun breaking the routine. for these reasons, and based on games already used in the therapy, we designed a game (puzzle) that sum up the most important aspects that the children must work on their therapy: handgrip, attention and knowledge of colors and forms
