This is a trend forecasting assignment I did with my team for AT 575 at Kansas State University. We created a future forecast analysis for A/W 18/19 based on our observations of which sub-theme would endure. This project was based on the mega trend of Nocturne (A/W 17/18) from WGSN. Also utilizing sub themes of Digital Wave (S/S 17) and Offbeat (A/W 16/17). We conducted an analysis across the themes and identified and discussed underlying social and cultural factors that have inspired the themes over the seasons. We created our own key concepts based off of keywords we found stood out in WGSN's forecast. My key concept I wrote was "Adjusted Frame of Mind." However I designed this whole project, compiled it, and co-wrote a majority of it.
