IRISS workshop: Engagement, change and risk through an Implementation Lens | 30 March 2016
In this workshop, we collaboratively explore how we can engage with the workforce to support them to embed evidence, innovation and improvement. The Implementation Lens was inspired by a masterclass IRISS attended in February 2016 led by Melissa Van Dyke, the National Expert Advisor on Implementation with CELCIS. Her role is about strengthening efforts to transfer evidence, policy and legislation into real practice change across Scotland’s social services. I illustrated the insights, experiences and opinions dissected from the discussion with fellow members of the workshop.
