Part of any good building is good documentation, without it the design can never be built let alone built accuratley.
In response I have developed a set of construction documents as part of the DOE Race to Zero Competition. Below are sample pages from the full set which includes: Architectural Plans, Sections, Elevations, Wall Sections, Details, Interior Plans, FFE Plans, Lighting / Power Plans, Mechanical Plans and Plumbing Plans.
The full document set was submitted to two Philadelphia area construction management firms for competitive bidding in order to develop an accurate budget for the design.
