Discourse on Africana Studies

I recently completed a book design for a non-fiction work that details the accomplishments of Dr. James Turner. We worked very hard to create a layout that was elegant and respectful without being too showy. We will be making a few small revisions over the coming weeks, and will wrap up an ebook version shortly thereafter.

This was an immensely rewarding project and it was a real privilege to be a part of it.

The book jacket.
Title page.
Section page.
Each section opens with an image like this one.
There are many inline figures as well, all captioned.
The book also includes some simple lists.
And all of the footnotes are moved to the end, as endnotes, divided by section.
Here's a look at the index.
