The customer reached out with an "ask" to modernize the UI of their existing LMS platform with user-friendly interfaces and a smooth experience for their users when accessing the course content and browsing on any computer, smartphone, or tablet during their available time to improve their career skills and target better job roles.

It was highlighted during UI Audit and research phase the current solution must be rethinked not only the interface components by adding a modern, aesthetic look that better supports customization of the UI but also the experience flow to access courses and the correlated content.

Desktop Experiences from the wireframes to the high fidelity designs
 The customer expressed their desire for a visually appealing design that would engage and motivate learners, while also ensuring that the navigation was intuitive and easy to use. One of the challenges for me was to balance functionality and usability over solely focusing on aesthetics in order to create a successful and user-friendly learning experience.

High-fidelity design for mobile
The new user experience design for the Mobile Student App, which includes as part of its scope the creation of the user profile onboarding, course payment management, online tutor communication, exercise interactions, video classes, and course management, or performing some curriculum management activities such as checking available certificates or the average score per disciple, was part of my design task. I synthesised the knowledge collected during the feedback sections and proposed a new experience flow and interface that have the premise of delivering a streamline and user-friendly experience, ensuring hassle-free day-to-day usage and content. ​​​​​​​
