OnGo | Freight
The ON GO Freight platform connects the driver, the transporter, and the owner of the loads. A technology developed to speed up, give more security, and simplify the entrepreneur's life in the logistic process.

The challenge for this project was to adjust the existing experience flow, which also reflected on the new user experience journey and interface for the web application for cargo owners and the redesign for drivers to accept requests for freight transportation services. Based on the insights gathered from customers and a user experience audit of the current application, I've redesigned the web application to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for cargo owners to post their loads and connect with qualified drivers. Additionally, we revamped the mobile interface for drivers, making it easier for them to accept and manage requests, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined process for freight transportation services.

User Experience Audit and Process flow
The goal of the research and the audit was to understand the existing user experience pain points during the process of request, negotiate, and monitor their cargo freight.


The second part of the research was focused on the truck driver's pain points during the process of negotiating cargo freight.
