The Dome, or so called the "egg", is one of the architectural elements that tells us stories about the Lebanese flourishing past, all its cultural and artistic days and the beautiful moments that our parents spent in that theatre and inside the streets of old Beirut. The egg also narrates the stories of the war and the tales of the ugly periods that the Lebanese went through and could never forget. This campaign (designed in 2012) aims to preserve this important Beiruty element and to give it a chance to survive again and live the present the same way our parents and grandparents did.
City Palace is the name of the old center which contains the Dome , so the logo was designed in order to revive it and reflect its shape and beauty. City Palace is located in Beirut downtown where everything has been built up from the grown and renewed after the war, however this center along with the dome stayed the same.
