Kuick Coffee - Service Design for Sustainability

This project was a group project at SCAD. We had to choose a company of our choice and find a way to help them be more sustainable.
The AUDIO is a Design for Sustainability tool. We used it to find out more about our company of choice.
Primary Research at Savannah Food Day. Interactive posters were designed. We advertised the survey as "free coffee" and literally gave away free coffee as well. The research was held to find out how much the public knew about how much it really takes to make coffee.
One of the posters designed for the primary research and representation of data collected from the research.
Other interactive posters, designed by me.
The final poster was an open-ended question, so we got participants to scribble their answers out.
Personas developed from the research
"KUICK" Coffee was a name decided based on our target audience i.e., people who wanted coffee quickly. The logo was designed by me, purposefully using the K from Keurig Green Mountain's logo, in order for the sub-brand to be easily associated with the parent brand.
A Service design tool, developed to explain and understand our service and what it entails.
The main part of our solution was designed by my teammates. This is a Kuick Coffee kiosk placed in areas where people were always in a hurry, like metros stations, airports and malls. We called the kiosk a Kuickee, for interesting marketing purposes.
Cup that is carried away by the customer was designed by me. The idea was for it to be bio-degradable.
Illustrations on the cup explained how to compost the cup and other items as well.
Wireframing the mobile application that connected customers to the Kuickee. I was responsible for the UX/UI of the app.
Final wireframe.
The final prototype of the app can be viewed by scanning the QR code provided.
