Boarding Pass: Illustrative example of online and emailed version of boarding pass sent to users who subscribe to the automated check-in service. Challenges included the automated checking in of customers in American Airlines systems as well as TSA systems. In addition we needed the ability to offer services such as upgrades to users after check-in (not normally provided)
Seats project was a response to aa.com's need for a way to display airline seats to various users who may have different status types. Depending on the users status the user would see various sects available to them for free and for purchase. To add another layer of complexity we had to show different price-points  for seats available for purchase. Last, this had to be compliant with colorblind requirements as we were using colors and symbols to address the need
Given the complexity seen in the seats project we identified a need to implement a marketing solution that  learned from the users behaviors how to recommend the best free seat and the best paid seat for a user in the step tracker buy flow
