Maven by the Ortigas and Company caters a fun and light concept of a high-rise condominium along Capitol Commons at Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Selected designers were assigned to design a model unit for a bachelor and for a family. As part of the team, Space Encounters were given a One-Bedroom model unit for a bachelor. Our take on the design is to be as masculine as possible with industrial design and mid-century furniture pieces, but can still provide that feeling of home and relaxation.
