With this project, my intent was to consolodate content - as the quantity of content on this website tends to make for a lot of scrolling, which in my experience can be disorienting, depending on the type of website. Simple things like the login and sign up buttons could be dropdown for the input fields - instead of all exposed, all the time - to save space and focus. Also introducing the concept of a sliding featured/anouncement content box would save some space and subsequent vertical movement. Also reenvisioned the navigation menu to simplify content organization. Client hasnt made any changes in regards to my mockups as of yet. Client wasnt interested in changing logo or branding color scheme.
