Centralizing code resources and dev implementation best practices for the world’s online merchants at http://demo.paypal.com
We crafted an experience that can guide users through a sample eCommerce implementations or enable them to choose the product and platform that matches their own.
Prototype + Design
Following a successful clickable prototype, the branded interface was refined to just the essentials.

Wireframes
Low fidelity concepts on key interaction models allowed for refinement and simplification of MVP feature set. Clickable PDF prototypes cemented the approach with executive stakeholders and spurred a round of patent applications.
Key Demo Flow
For the MVP, a singular user story was focused on to prove out the concept.
Onsite brainstorms
Debriefings on products nuances, best practices for devs and common support requests helped to inform early UX concepts. We reviewed feedback from an earlier proof-of-concept effort as well as qualitative surveys and usage analytics to define the approach.
