Conversa Health initially reached out for a heuristic review of their Digital Checkup™ web application. Our team reviewed the entire customer journey and produced a thorough set of recommendations for improving the product experience.
The report was received exceptionally well and we were engaged to help improve the next version of the product UI and experience. Wireframes, animatics, content strategy and UI design all culminated into an HTML proof-of-concept demo that could double as a presentation tool and guidance for the development team.
