This purpose of this project was to develop an understanding of traditional typographic practices, selection and uses of type forms. I explored the themes by first photographing letterforms in negative space and recording interesting uses of type around Brighton

I developed this further by then creating letterforms using everyday materials including Flour, Coffee, Candle Wax and Party Poppers.
