This project was conceived with the idea of create an element to serve Mexican food according to the new trends of local haute cuisine, a design with a strong identity based on crasftsmanship, colors and shapes taken from ancient tools, from folklore and traditions with a contemporary twist and offering an addecuate size, capacity and way to use for all the users involved (cookers, servants and dinner guests).
Also its manufacture and manteinance is non-expensive due to the material initially chosen and also involves the work of Mexican craftsmans. If desired it is possible to use much more sophisticated ceramic materials and processes to get a more sophisticated look.
