Carnet de Voyage
A 14-page travel notebook
While briefly studying abroad in France, one of my continuing assignments was to keep a carnet de voyage, French for a "notebook of travel". I was allotted fourteen pages to capture my encounters as I made my way around Paris, Giverny, and Nice. So with an intrigue for patterns and an eye for detail, I transposed my most memorable experiences into kaleidoscopic images of cut paper.
