Typography is moving. Fast. Not only does it involve typographic form, but motion, lighting, texture, screen (all kinds), three dimensions/environments as well as flat printed surfaces. Traditional boundaries of language and image are being crossed daily.
iDea Process
The idea of the project came from Sara and the technical implementation of Alaradi.
The idea is based on a smart interactive outcome where typography is projected on a white wall where it gives the audience the opportunity to control and move the fonts as demonstrated in the video.
The interactive Typographyis the main elements that are based on words, which are projected on a solid background that will allow audience to interact with them.
Because we didn’t have the coding skills for this collaborating project we decided to demonstrate it with a case film. We decided that we wanted to film the movements and then combine them in Adobe Creative Cloud programs. The goal was also to bring this idea to reality and have it exhibited at LCC or a modern museum.
