Hector ishunting for food again I meetHector for the first time a rainy afternoon in a bed of flowers outside the cinema.He lookedlike he was asleep, however..he was dead. He had hit a power line during his chasefor food in the town.I broughthim back home and put him in the freezer, and kept him there for a year orso. I forgot all about him, until oneday I saw him laying there. I took him to a taxonomist and he made him flyagain.I decidedto make this homage to Hector by making this little story about him and our consumer'sbehavior.Hector is aSparrow hawk, and these birds were preserved in Norway until some years ago,until they got too many and started hunting in the towns.
