OrangeYouGlad loves Halloween almost as much as we love character design and custom illustration. In 2013, we decided to merge all three and counted down to Halloween over thirteen unlucky days with the grossest, smelliest, adorably icky monsters lurking in the streets of Yuck City — all created by yours truly.

 

Every day of our Halloween celebration, visitors to YuckCity.com were introduced to monsters like Goblint, a friendly blob of dryer lint, and Count Dripula, the mysterious perpetrator of building drippage, through frame animations. In addition to the website, sets of five luxe paper, full-color postcards from Yuck City were mailed out to the many friends of OrangeYouGlad.
