On this subject we had to design a metallic or wooden structure which would serve as a lifeguard's watchtower. The construction should be placed tangentially to a bearing wall that separates the level of the beach from the street level. In our design, primary factor was the movement of the sun, which define the framing of the roof curve in order to shade in the best possible way the lifeguard's level. The space created below, was exploited with configuration of the fitting rooms. For constructing, wood with metal connectors was chosen.
