The proposal refers to the complete renovation of an existing residential building in Pallini, The design establishes a new aesthetic that focus on simplicity and clean lines.
A new geometry is applied to the elevations, with new parapets, beams, panels and frames attached to the balconies and terraces.
The aim of the intervention was to upgrade the building aesthetically, and improve its energy performance, with the minimum addition of structural loads. External insulation has been applied to the facades, finished with plaster in earthy tones. Fixed aluminum profiles operate as shading louvers, protecting privacy, without compromising views.

Σε υφιστάμενο κτήριο κατοικιών στην Παλλήνη, ζητήθηκε η αναδιαμόρφωση των όψεων του συνόλου του κτηρίου.
Η πρόταση ορίζει μια νέα αισθητική με έμφαση στην απλότητα και τις καθαρές σχεδιαστικές γραμμές. Αναζητήθηκε μια νέα γεωμετρία για τις όψεις, με νέα παραπετάσματα, στηθαία, δοκάρια, προεξοχές και πλαίσια που ενοποιούν τους εξώστες.
Στόχος των προτεινόμενων κατασκευών αποτέλεσε η αισθητική και ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτηρίου, με τη μικρότερη επιβάρυνση επιπλεόν φορτίων. Όλες οι όψεις ντύθηκαν εξολοκλήρου με εξωτερική θερμομόνωση και έγχρωμο σοβά σε γήινους τόνους. Σταθερές διατομές αλουμινίου διαμορφώνουν περσίδες σκίασης, που προστατεύουν την ιδιωτικότητα, χωρίς ωστόσο να κρύβουν τη θέαση.
