This was a class project in which students were asked to create a personal brand & logo promotional package for themselves. As for myself, I wanted to convey that I enjoy using humor in a lot of my designs and I am also an avid doodler. In using the umlaut, I feel I was able to convey a sense of happiness while also creating a smiley face mark that was able to be used apart from the name of the brand. 

As for the personal promotional package, I wanted the design to be bright and bold, and also a bit humorous for the person who would be receiving the promo package. I wanted to include call to action phrases to lead the reader through the package, with little phrases such as "peek a boo," which also played along well with the creation of the CD pocket with the smiley face's eyes peeking over the top.
