HealthSparq One App
The HealthSparq One app was a large ongoing effort to rewrite and combine multiple apps serving the customers of healthcare insurance companies (the "payors" in healthcare parlance). We were merging existing functionality of three apps (provider search, patient conditions search, and provider reviews) as well as introducing new functionality as well. The customers (large insurance companies) of course all had varying requirements and dataset quality—making for extremely challenging enterprise design challenges.

My role as a senior UX designer was to envision old and new experiences, help integrate them, create functional prototypes for testing, and, through the pattern library project that I created and managed, ensure alignment with the front-end team on our design and code patterns.
HealthSparq Review UX
This project created an experience that would enable people to leave a review for doctors or hospitals. There were lots of invisible details (for example, the system would check to see if they actually visited that doctor) that made it more complex than a simple comment on a blog post.

I ran a quick design studio with the product owner, using stickies and markers. During the design phase, I created a more detailed version combining full-fidelity visuals with a flow diagram. These make excellent giant posters that the team can gather around and discuss.
Initial design studio & flow with stakeholders, using sticky notes, markers, and a posterboard.
A more detailed "combo diagram" to indicate flow, general layout and design.
