When I'm not designing I make music, one my projects is Digital Ivy. The tune here was inspired by the oldskool jungle amen breaks, I always loved them. The idea was to take that vibe and add the new bassline feel to it, so it's kinda like a mix between new and old.
The Idea behind the design was to experiment with new stuff more simple, minimal, grid based design which I can't do that much at the office, it's kinda like a getaway. I think It's always important to get away and experiment, to find new things new ways, which could kinda prepare us for future posibilites as designer.
