I have collected a lot of photos from my different travels around the streets of Manila to the some of the more exciting destinations outside the city.
The bright colors of the fruits lured me into taking this photo, but later on I realized that it was the contrast in visual elements that actually make you stare into the photo. Lines X Circles. Bright colors X the darkness (peeping in the gaps between the fruits). Clean fruits X the worn out and faded wood.
I think the photo doesn't give justice to the true beauty of this paradise called Kalibo, please do visit the place for you will not be disappointed.
Regular day for the people of Kalibo.
An experiment with long exposure in the island of Samar. There was no moon that night so the only things you can really see are the stars and a small lamp flickering from a distance. The photos revealed themselves only in the photograph.
On another day, the moon finally showed up.
