Fonts Don't Matter (SMArts Presentation, 2010)

Fonts Don't Matter
My presentation for the SMArts (Social Media for the Arts) London conference in 2010. I talked about the importance of being bold, authentic, interactive, and polite in social media, and how doing so can not only gain attention, but effect change through the power of numbers.

As a case study, I used my controversial opinion that fonts barely matter when it comes to expressing ideas. A blog post about the subject landed me an interview with BBC News and a front-page article on their web site.

Reactions to the talk were mixed, which is just how I like it.

The full presentation is available upon request.
