T-MOBILE SCOOP

T-Mobile created a customer loyalty program of news, insights and offers called SCOOP. In an effort to streamline its monthly mailing costs, it evolved from a paper-based direct mail program to an email and Web-based content-rich platform. Emails were sent out to customers to highlight each month's content. Once on the site, they would get the scoop on the latest mobile gadgets, events and deals.
