My students gave me an impromptu challenge to composite my iconic hat being thrown in the style of Captain America's shield.  This is the result.  Separate clips show the finished clip and a production breakdown.

All other elements created by myself: design, editing, camera (assisted by Matt Warren), greenscreen shoot (and hat rigging), compositing, audio mix, and 'workflow breakdown' edit including lower-thirds graphics.
