Background: Orchard is a fintech company that builds software that buys loans and crunches all the data available from online loan marketplaces to analyze the performance of those loans over time.
Goal: To redesign the entire platform, including a new information architecture and user flows.
Role: Tamara Olson Designs worked closely with the product managers at Orchard as the sole designer over the course of several months to redesign the entire platform.
Process: I conducted user interviews with Orchard's clients to find out the most important information to surface in the dashboard. From there, I created visual designs based on the existing styles and brand guidelines.
