This was a project for an experimental typography course, the objective was to take a song, breakdown the lyrics then create a poster that represented the song best. The catch was, we could only use hand made typography. The song I represented in this poster, was one by the band Murder By Death, called Sometimes the Line Walks You. and it speaks of a man finding it very hard to conform to society. And thus I choose to create this type poster using an Etch A Sketch toy. This concept was so well received, it was picked to be displayed in an art show in Toronto's West end.
