Process Map: Designing a Digital Presence

Building a Digital Presence
We don't build websites, we design experiences
I was approached to do freelance work for a new business pitch. The client asked that I bring my expertise to the table and help their team develop a story that would communicate their design process for developing a brand new digital presence. There would be no in-person presentation so this process would be elaborated through a website, book, and a poster - the poster being my personally responsible (shown below). Working with their team's copy writers and designers, we used a fun and comical approach in mapping out all of the key touch points, hoping to keep the client engaged. My past experiences allowed me to easily construct a natural flow of deliverables and tweak the gaps and fine points with the larger team.

The business was not won due to budget constraints, however my client was given praise for their exciting approach to what can be a very boring topic of discussion.

The diagram below was later given a little color by a designer and screen printed for added flavor. Copies were provided to team members and the new business client.
