Gourmet Grocery Store Renovation

YELLOW! That's gotta go!
A wall was framed up to create a kitchen and storage area. The wall was covered with barn doors from a torn down barn.
Re-purposed barn siding, from the same barn as the doors, was installed above the doors and as ceiling moulding around the perimeter of the store.
The dropped ceiling was removed to expose the structure of the ceiling.
New lighting!
Custom-made ambient lights made with re-purposed lumber.
Lots and lots of pimer!
More primer.
After many tubes of caulk and some detailed painting, the barn doors turned out fantastic!
Custom painted, re-purposed door and columns.
The beginning of the check-out counter. It was built to resemble the barn doors, which are on the wall opposite of the counter.
Custom shelves throughout the store made from recycled lumber.
Custom countertops in the kitchen area.
Moveable fences behind the store to hide electrical boxes and fuel tanks.
The majority of the store is furnished with repurposed shelves and bins. The dry-erase boards are made from recycled trim board and plexiglass.
Mmmm... cheese and sausages!
