First phase. Mostly keyframing. Really barebones.
Second phase. Added the first inbetweens.
Third phase. Cleaned up some lines and added another layer of inbetweens.
Fourth phase. Added one last layer of inbetweens to smoothen out the movement of the eyes, and cleaned up some of the lines.
Last phase. Decided to make the fill of the character black to give emphasis to its eyes. Added a small backdrop as well.
