My design for “Lord of the Flies” dust jacket emphasizes a simple image of the fly that is used throughout the entire dust jacket, which represents the chaos that occurs during their time on the island. Fire is also incorporated on the back because in the story it is one of the most important things used by the characters. The entire design of the dusk jacket is created using two Pantone colors.
