Let's face it, college orientations can sometimes be one of the most dreadfully awkward things around. We know that we want to attend and a small part of us might be excited for the newness of the upcoming year, but there's also a huge amount of uncertainty. What's the school going to be like? Is this really the program for me? Is this program really worth it?

As the Spokane Community College Graphic Design Club Officers, it was our resposbility to make sure that this orientation was one of the best things that could happen for the incoming students to our program. We wanted them to get excited, as well as hit the ground running as soon as the first day of school hit.
